Kati Jones is a Certified Health and Wellbeing Coach specializing in Integrative Nutrition. With extensive training and experience in Breathwork and Emotional Wellbeing, Kati combines Mindfulness practices and Lifestyle Coaching to enhance both physical and mental health.
Holding a degree in Communications along with an MBA in Business Marketing, Kati has significant experience in fast-paced, multinational organizations worldwide. She leverages her unique expertise to develop Workplace Wellbeing Strategies, collaborating with organizations to create people-centered initiatives that engage employees and foster their growth.

Additionally, Kati is certified as FAA Level 3 in Outdoor First Aid and is currently pursuing certifications in Brain Health Professional, Mental Health First Aid, and Yin Yoga.
