About the event

This is an evening of mindfulness and healthy living, looking to restore calm, clarity and emotional integration, support stress reduction or feelings of burnout, anxiety, depression and poor sleep.

A mindful evening to explore mind and gut connection and learn practical and personal ways to improve gut health and mental wellbeing.

We will explore the four pillars of holistic health with nutrition, movement, mindfulness and sleep management in a very welcoming way. You will love it!

Dress warm and comfortably. Bring your mat and a water bottle.

The event is £28, per person - paid on booking. 

Please arrive on time for our session starting at 16:30, food will be served at 18:00 and we wait to finish by 18:30. Live violin will be played across the evening by Naomi Koop.
