A Health Coaching group focused on supporting women struggling with their Hormonal Health. You can choose between a FREE 21 days online program only or sessions at the Marriot included. Sessions for this Group will occur on Fridays at 11:45am on the following dates: 6th, 13th and 20th October

What is Be Kind to your Hormones?

Hormones are a driven force to our bodies, affecting both our mental motivation and physical performance.

It’s normal to experience hormonal shift at different times of your life, such as before and during your period or a pregnancy, or during menopause. But some medications and health issues can cause your levels to go up or down, too.

If you notice daily signs of hormonal imbalance, what you eat and how you live your life may help improve your overall health. It’s also important to talk about this changes, realizing that many of us go through similar challenges.

Effective and Simple Steps

Information is easily available online for you to follow, but you may still struggle in how to make better decisions towards your health.

Be Kind to your Hormones group sessions will be supporting and helping you understand how to improve your relationship with your Hormones and support you with simple day-to-day steps.

Is this for me?

If you recurrently struggle with any symptoms below, making daily decisions that benefit your Hormonal Balance can support you. 

Here are some of the most common signs of Hormonal Imbalance:

- Appetite changes and weight gain

- Sudden weight loss

- Irregular periods

- Sleep difficulties

Having your GP to assist you on a medical level is very important. Be Kind to your Hormones will focus on steps that you can take to start your transformation journey through diet and lifestyle interventions. We advise you to speak with your GP in advance in case you have a serious condition or take medication.

What is Health Coaching?

Health and wellbeing coaches support people to increase their ability to self-manage, working on the individuals motivation levels and commitment to change their lifestyle. 

TheThymeLime focus on improving both physical and mental health related outcomes by working with people to set healthier goals and change their behaviors.

What can I expect?

ONLINE PROGRAM ONLY - FREE

You will be able to access our 21 days online program

They will include receipes and lifestyle tips to get you engaged with your hormonal health through our 3 weeks program.

We will be releasing the program on Saturday 7th October via our App link.

FULL PACKAGE

During the course of the 3 weeks, you will be able to:

1. Take part in any of the 3 available sessions

Be Kind to your Hormones is available in 3 separate sessions, you can take part of one or all sessions as you prefer. We recommend you take part of all sessions, but we also understand how difficult is to find time to fit all in your agenda.

2. Will be able to access our 21 days online program

They will include receipes and lifestyle tips to get you engaged through our 3 weeks program

3. You will have access to 1 Individual Session with your Health Coach

This is a very good opportunity for you to discuss privately the best action plan that works for you. The individual session can be in person or online.

Sessions Schedule

Session 1 NUTRITION

Friday 6th October at 11:45am

Understanding how our dietary choices affect our hormones is not that easy. 

Where to start and how to succeed? There is so much information out there but little practical steps to help you making the correct decisions. Simple steps at time, we can incorporate new dietary habits and crowd out the unhealthy ones.

Session 2 MOVEMENT

Friday 13th October at 11:45am

Research suggests that hormones are affected by exercise. But let's face it, when we struggle with hormonal imbalances, it's hard to find the motivation needed, also being hard to control our anxiety and energy levels. There are different types of exercise that can positively contribute to your well-being. Let's discuss strategies and build a plan together so we can make movement part of our day to day lives. 

Session 3 MINDFUL BREATHING

Friday 29th September at 11:45am

Stress affects your hormones and vice-versa. Our signature class Mindful Breathing includes gentle movement and breathwork techniques to restore calm, clarity and emotional integration, supporting sleep management and mindfulness. 

Location: The Fitness Club at Delta Hotels by Marriott Preston

Free for The Fitness Club members or 25£ for non-members
