What is Be Kind to your Gut?
Did you know that 70% of the immune system is located in the gut?Â
Generaly speaking, paying attention to your gut and how it reacts to what you eat is proven to be an effective way to stay healthy.Â
But also, have your heard about your Brain-Gut connection? Which means how you live and your stress levels will also affect your digestion.

If you notice daily signs of digestion issues and poor gut health, what you eat and how you live your life may help improve your gut microbiome and benefit your overall health.Â
Effective and Simple Steps
Information is easily available online for you to follow, but you may still struggle in how to start, how to understand better the negative impacts of a poor gut health and how effectively you can create changes and make better decisions towards your health.
Be Kind to your Gut group sessions will be supporting and helping you understand how to improve your Gut Health with simple steps.

- Constant upset stomach like heartburn, bloating, constipation and diarrhea

Having your GP to assist you on a medical level is very important. Be Kind to your Gut will focus on steps that you can take to start your transformation journey. We advise you to speak with your GP in advance in case you have a serious condition or take medication.
What is Health Coaching?
Health and wellbeing coaches support people to increase their ability to self-manage, working on the individuals motivation levels and commitment to change their lifestyle.Â
TheThymeLime focus on improving both physical and mental health related outcomes by working with people to set healthier goals and change their behaviors.
What can I expect?
During the course of the 3 weeks, you will be able to:
1. Take part in any of the 3 available sessions
Be Kind to your Gut is available in 3 separate sessions, you can take part of one or all sessions as you prefer. We recommend you take part of all sessions, but we also understand how difficult is to find time to fit all in your agenda.
2. Will be able to access our 21 days online program
They will include receipes and tips to get your engage through the program
3. You will have access to 2 Individual Sessions with your Health Coach
This is a very good opportunity for you to discuss privately the best action plan that works for you. The individual sessions are online via Zoom.

Session 1 NUTRITION
Friday 15th September at 11:45am
Changing dietary habits isn't easy. Where to start and how to succeed? There is so much information out there but little practical steps to help you making the correct decisions. Simple steps at time, we can incorporate new dietary habits and crowd out the unhealthy ones.
Session 2 MOVEMENT
Friday 22nd September at 11:45am
Research suggests that exercise can change the composition of your gut microbiome. But let's face it, we all struggle when trying to follow a daily exercising routine, specially when we suffer with digestion issues. Let's discuss strategies and build a plan together so we can make movement part of our day to day lives.Â
Session 3 MINDFUL BREATHING
Friday 29th September at 11:45am
Stress affects your gut. Our signature class Mindful Breathing includes gentle movement and breathwork techniques to restore calm, clarity and emotional integration, supporting sleep management and mindfulness. You will also learn how to improve your digestion with simple relaxation techniques.
